Ripple’s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, has delighted the XRP community by sharing a unique artwork featuring a dejected chimpanzee sporting a sandwich board with his favorite slogan. This creative piece draws inspiration from Banksy’s famous print, “Laugh Now, but one day we’ll be in charge,” which is valued between $26,651 and $38,073. The original artwork symbolizes the underdog in society and offers a hopeful message that justice will prevail against oppression. Garlinghouse’s version specifically represents the challenges and neglect that Ripple has faced in recent years. He considers it his all-time favorite from the XRP community and has proudly displayed it in his home. However, amidst ongoing legal battles and market momentum, Garlinghouse also comments on two significant factors driving the market this week. These include the SEC’s approval of multiple Ethereum ETFs and the passage of pro-crypto legislation in the US known as the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21). While the approval of Ethereum ETFs has rekindled hope for an XRP ETF, concerns remain within the XRP community due to the ongoing SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit. Currently, XRP is trading at $0.5212, experiencing a decline of 1.14% in the last 24 hours, 5% in the last 30 days, and 17% year-to-date.
